Luxury & heritage commerce.
Shopify storefronts that respect the brand. ERP bridges, multi-language storefronts, metafield discipline — the kind of operational depth heritage brands need to ship without compromising the editorial.
One project worth reading about. Each one is a decision trail, not a thumbnail.
Gössl — Salzburg Tracht since 1947, family-run, 1,480 Originals across Dirndl, Lederhose and Tracht. I moved the manufactory off Magento onto Shopify, with a custom Xano middleware bridging the Intex ERP. Every stitch, stock level and seasonal release flows through it.
Most agency projects die in handoffs. Mine don't, because there are none. You talk to me on Monday, see the prototype Friday, and ship when it's ready — not when six calendars align.
I do the design, the frontend, the backend, the integrations, the launch. Every decision has seen the whole picture before it got made — because the same person made all of them.
A website that looks great but can't talk to your inventory or your ops stack is half-finished. I build what's behind the screen: APIs, sync jobs, the internal tools your team actually uses.
Modern tooling and AI-augmented workflows, used seriously. Not as a marketing line — as the reason a two-month build now takes three weeks, without anyone cutting corners on craft.
If your project shouldn't be built, I'll say so. If it's a €15k job, it won't mysteriously become €60k. My minimum is €10k and it's posted publicly because I'd rather filter than negotiate.
Hiring a specialist means hiring their taste, not their bandwidth. Here is the kind of work I do best.

Booking flows, invoicing, the back-of-house systems that make the front-of-house feel effortless. I build the parts no guest sees, so the parts they do see hold up.
Design systems, CMS architecture, page-builder rigour for teams that ship marketing copy weekly. Built to grow with the team, not against it.
Design through deployment, in one head. No handoffs to redo, no PMs to translate, no vendor chains to manage. Senior craft on every layer of the stack.
A Tracht catalog of 1,480 Originals, rebuilt on Shopify with a Xano middleware bridging the Intex ERP. Every stitch, stock level and seasonal release flows through it.
LCP cut from 4.1s to 1.3s. The site now feels as considered as the Tracht it sells.
Stock round-trips from the Intex ERP to Shopify in real time — no overselling, no nightly batch, no manual reconciliation.
“With Stephanie you get the expertise of an entire agency in one person. Her blend of creativity, technical know-how, and dedication makes her invaluable to any company making a first-class impression on the web.”
One working call — the problem, the constraints, the budget. By the end I know what we're building and what we're not. No discovery phase, no separate alignment workshop.
A staging URL within the first week or two, however rough. Decisions get made in the product, not in a Figma deck. The shape of the thing arrives early so we can argue with it.
I push small, push often. Real software lands every few days. Your team sees the build evolving in their browser, and feedback hits the code where it matters.
Documented, deployed, owned by your team. Source, credentials, write-up. I stay on retainer if it helps; I don't disappear if it doesn't.
I answer every email personally within a business day. If it's a fit, we'll schedule a 30-minute call to scope it properly.
