The bridge between your storefront and your ERP or inventory — sync jobs, nightly reconciliation, and the internal tools no customer ever sees. For Gössl that is the Intex ERP kept as the source of truth behind Shopify; for Gutes vom Gutshof, an Austrian farm shop, it is Zoho order sync with pickup stations and a delivery zone. The part nobody demos, and the part that decides whether the rest holds up.
Three or four engagements a year, so each gets full attention from the first call to launch. No overlapping timelines, no junior team filling the gaps.

Magento online shop moved to Shopify, the Intex ERP kept as the source of truth — and then kept running rather than handed over: the sync, the catalogue, stock from the retail shops visible online, a wholesale shop, a second storefront design. Cloudflare Workers underneath.

Most agency projects die in handoffs. Mine don't, because there are none. You talk to me on Monday, see the prototype Friday, and ship when it's ready — not when six calendars align.
I do the design, the frontend, the backend, the integrations, the launch. Every decision has seen the whole picture before it got made — because the same person made all of them.
A website that looks great but can't talk to your inventory or your ops stack is half-finished. I build what's behind the screen: APIs, sync jobs, the internal tools your team actually uses.
Modern tooling and AI-augmented workflows, used seriously. Not as a marketing line — as the reason a two-month build now takes three weeks, without anyone cutting corners on craft.
If your project shouldn't be built, I'll say so. If it's a €15k job, it won't mysteriously become €60k. Full builds start at €10k, VIP days at €1.8k — posted publicly because I'd rather filter than negotiate.
